Earlier this week Uma Thurman turned heads -- and made a lot of headlines -- when she stepped out on the red carpet with what some media outlets described as a \"new look.\" <\/p>\n
Photos showed what appeared to be a more toned-down eye makeup style. And now the 44-year-old actress is speaking out about it -- taking it all in stride. <\/p>\n
During an appearance on the \"Today\" show Thursday, Thurman said, \"It was weird. I guess nobody liked my makeup. I've been doing this for years and years and years, and people say things nice and they say things mean, and it's just like, whatever. You take the good with the bad.\" <\/p>\n
Urman has been doing press to plug her new NBC TV series, \"The Slap.\" <\/p>\n
