(RTTNews.com) - Liberty Property Trust ( LPT ) reported that its fourth-quarter funds from operations available to common shareholders rose to $102.47 million or $0.67 per share, from $94.43 million or $0.63 per share in the previous year quarter. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.65 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items. <\/p>\n
Net Income available to common shareholders was $82.3 million or $0.55 per share, up from $69.7 million or $0.48 per share in the comparable quarter last year. <\/p>\n
Total operating revenue for the quarter rose to $203.69 million from $192.43 million in the prior year. Wall Street analysts had a consensus revenue estimate of $202.27 million for the quarter. <\/p>\n
