Award recipients    typically receive nearly $1 million or more for three years of    research. Without the ADI program, many of these innovative    research projects would go unfunded.  <\/p>\n<p>    Monday, February 9th, Allen Distinguished Investigator awardees    will gather in La Jolla, California at the Scripps Seaside    Forum for an all-day symposium.
