Midatech Pharma floated on AIM only last month and specialises in nano-technology, using tiny particles of pure gold to treat cancer, diabetes and other medical conditions. <\/p>\n
The shares are 264p and should gain ground, as the boards members are ambitious, experienced and have a history of success. <\/p>\n
The Oxford-based company has developed two innovative processes in the healthcare field. The first uses gold nano-particles to make cancer treatments work more effectively. <\/p>\n
When the nano-particles are combined with existing drugs, chemotherapy becomes much more targeted, so it attacks the cancer and not the healthy tissue around it. <\/p>\n
