Swimmers are urged to stay out of the water.  <\/p>\n<p>    Windy conditions will continue at least into Wednesday, the    weather service said.  <\/p>\n<p>    Sundays daytime high temperature will be near 70 degrees, and    the overnight low will be near 60 degrees.  <\/p>\n<p>    Original post: The trick-or-treat leftovers    are still in the bowl and yet its positively wintry frigid in    South Florida terms outside. At 8 a.m., the National Weather    Service reports its 49 degrees out there. Todays high is 71    and it likely wont feel warmer than the 60s thanks to some    gusty northeast winds.  <\/p>\n<p>    That 49 degrees breakds the record for this day of 51 set in    1993, according to the weather service records. And with a    forecast high of 71, it looks like were destined to get the    coolest high temperature for the day as well, breaking the    record of 72 degrees set in 1964.  <\/p>\n<p>    Todays winds will blow at about 15 mph and gust to about 25    mph, according to the weather service.  <\/p>\n<p>    The weather service said there is a high risk of rip currents    at Palm Beach County beaches through Monday morning. Beaches in    Martin and St. Lucie counties face a moderate risk that may    grow later in the day as the tides shift.
