Liberty County, FL - The Liberty County Sheriff says the man shot and killed is 29-year-old Roy Brian Stewart. <\/p>\n
The sheriff says the suspect was still on scene when deputies arrived at about 4:30 Wednesday afternoon. He says the suspect is being questioned but has not been charged or arrested. <\/p>\n
An autopsy is set for today. <\/p>\n

Liberty County, FL - The Liberty County Sheriffs Office is investigating a deadly shooting. <\/p>\n
CAPT Smith says it happened last night at a home on Randy's Way. He says LCSO has not yet released the victim's name and says the motive for the shooting is still under investigation. <\/p>\n
No one has been arrested. <\/p>\n
We'll have more information as it becomes available. <\/p>\n
