Updated--SpaceX launch of a Falcon 9 at Vandenberg Space Force Base in northwestern Santa Barbara County has been delayed again, this time until early Saturday morning. <\/p>\n
Liftoff is now targeted for 12:59 AM PT, Saturday morning. <\/p>\n
Another way of looking at it would be almost an hour after midnight Friday night. <\/p>\n
The payload in 22 Starlink Internet Satellites headed for low earth orbit. <\/p>\n
The launch was originally scheduled for Tuesday night then rescheduled to Thursday, Friday, and now Saturday morning. <\/p>\n
It's unclear if the delay has something to do with the rocket, or maybe the weather because of high winds, or the droneship because of rough seas. <\/p>\n
A live webcast of this mission will begin on X @SpaceX about five minutes prior to liftoff. Watch live. <\/p>\n
This is the 18th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched Crew-1, Crew-2, SXM-8, CRS-23, IXPE, Transporter-4, Transporter-5, Globalstar FM15, ISI EROS C-3, Korea 425 and seven Starlink missions. <\/p>\n
Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship, which will be stationed in the Pacific Ocean. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
