He was writing about <a href=\"http:\/\/californiastemcellreport.blogspot.com\/2011\/11\/california-stem-cell-agency-takes.html\">an observation<\/a> on this website that without <b>George Bush<\/b> and his restrictions on federal hESC research, there would have been no California stem cell agency.<\/p><p>Ebert said, <\/p><blockquote><p>\"IPBiz notes that when the California voters voted <b>Prop. 71<\/b> in, scientists thought <b>Huang Woo Suk<\/b>'s work on hESC was real.
