They delayed action on a number of<br>matters, including <a href=\"http:\/\/cirm.ca.gov\/files\/PDFs\/ICOC\/03_ET4_Concept.pdf\">the translational research proposal,<\/a> which is<br>scheduled to be posted as an RFA next month.<\/div><div><\/div><div>The governing board also had discussed<br>dealing with <a href=\"http:\/\/californiastemcellreport.blogspot.com\/2012\/07\/royalty-rules-at-california-stem-cell.html\">changes in its intellectual property rules<\/a> at next week's meeting,  but that proposal is not on Tuesday's agenda. The next meeting of the board is Sept. 5 and 6 in San Francisco. The<br>agency has confirmed that it will be a two-day session.<\/div><div><\/div><div>At least <a href=\"http:\/\/californiastemcellreport.blogspot.com\/2012\/08\/researcher-alert-opportunity-for-fresh.html\">one new appeal <\/a>is expected to<br>come up in September in the $243 million disease team round that<br>consumed so much time in July.<\/div><div><\/div><div>Next week meeting involves a host of<br>locations throughout California. The public is entitled to<br>participate in the session from any of those sites.
