The job posting calls for a minimum of 10 years experience and expertise in \"in developing, designing and assessing preclinical and early clinical safety and efficacy, within regulatory framework.\"<\/p><p>The position reports directly to <b>Ellen Feigal<\/b>, <b>CIRM<\/b>'s VP for research and development.
