BUENA VISTA, Va. The Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) today announced the CVC All-Academic Team for the 2019-2020 academic year with nine members of the Southern Virginia University men's volleyball team earning honors.<\/p>\n
The nine Knights set a program-record, surpassing the seven players who received the recognition last season.<\/p>\n
A total of 72 players from the Continental Volleyball Conference have earned CVC Academic All-Conference honors for 2020. Juniata College led the way with 12 representatives while all ten member schools had at least three players receive the award.<\/p>\n
Players are nominated by their head coaches and must carry a cumulative GPA of at least 3.3 for the academic year.<\/p>\n
