Dr. Cain is a Neurologist who has been in private practice since 1973 in Austin, Texas.He completed his medical degree in 1966 at the Ohio State University Medical School in Columbus, Ohio. During that time, he did a three-month internship with the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Ghana, West Africa. Dr. Cain completed an internship in surgery at the George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC. He then worked again in Africa for the Gulf Oil Corporation in Angola, Portuguese West Africa. He then returned to the Cleveland Clinic and did a fellowship in neurology at the Cleveland Clinic. He then left the Cleveland Clinic and did a years fellowship in pediatric neurology at the National Childrens Hospital in Washington, D.C. He then went to the Childrens Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, Harvard Service under Dr. Cesare Lombroso in the seizure unit. Dr. Cain then established practice in Austin, Texas and has been in continuous practice since that time. He has vast experience in multiple sclerosis. He is a Board member of the Lone Star Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. He was nominated for chairman.<\/p>\n
