One example of its programs is&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/my.clevelandclinic.org\/wellness\/lifestyle-180.aspx\">Lifestyle 180<\/a> (R)&nbsp;which&nbsp;is \"designed to reverse\" the effects of chronic disease through lifestyle modification. <\/p><p>Here is a 5-minute video about the program from the Clinic YouTube channel:<\/p><p>The program focuses on nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
