Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree blends general education requirements with specialized biotechnology laboratory training. <\/p>\n
Certificate of Specialization (CS) is for those students already possessing a Bachelors degree in a life science field. This certificate will provide the hands-on laboratory skills piece that they may be missing from a four year degree program. <\/p>\n
Hands-on experience:If you areseeking an AAS degree,you will benefit from a workplace learninginternship. These internships are usually fulfilled on site at the Center for Plant and Life Sciences where much of the upper level course work is taught, or at an Industry Partners location. This program is designed to flexible for both full-time day students as well as those students in careers who need evening classes. <\/p>\n
