Newham College is to host a series of workshops, which will focus on the latest technological advances across a wide range of areas from buildings to fashion. <\/p>\n
Researchers believe there are more than 1,300 nanotechnology inspired products - including self-cleaning glass, currently on the market. <\/p>\n
Julia Bollam, from Newham College, said they were developing formal nanotechnology training courses for businesses. <\/p>\n
She said: \u201cWe want to dramatically increase the number of innovative SMEs or small and medium-sized businesses that use and benefit from this technology.\u201d <\/p>\n
