The National Basketball Retired Players Association (NBRPA), the only Association comprised of NBA, ABA and Harlem Globetrotters alumni, today announced a new member program with GotProHealth a group focused on complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). Complementary medicine includes modalities such as integrative medicine, acupuncture, massage therapy, herbal medicine, chiropractic and naturopathic medicine. <\/p>\n
As part of this new program, GotProHealth will educate players and their families on the use of complementary and natural medicine. GotProHealth has developed a national network of qualified and licensed professionals in the field of complementary medicine so that former NBA, ABA and Harlem Globetrotters players will have access to premier practitioners around the country.
