Visitors to the Kennedy Space Center have less than a month to get inside a KSC icon. <\/p>\n
NASA is picking up the pace of work at KSC so the space agency is ending tours inside the Vehicle Assembly Building after February 11. <\/p>\n
NASA has allowed visitors a special inside look at the VAB for more than two years. <\/p>\n
The iconic NASA building is where workers prepared the Apollo rockets and Space Shuttles for their missions to space. After the retirement of the shuttle program, for an extra fee, the visitor complex took guests inside. <\/p>\n
But now NASA is getting ready to make space in the VAB for the next generation of heavy lift rocket, the Space Launch System so February 11 will be the last day inside for tourists. <\/p>\n
